Late for Work
That is the color I used today....I wasn't late for work...I stay home but sometimes getting my child to school on time is a challenge. Eyes:
Detrivore Primer
Lid Lady Liberty
Crease Late for work
Blended the crease out with Flaxen
Applied Persian Kitten for highlight
I also dusted some Whitewedding over the whole eye lightly
Lined upper lash line with UD Zero liner

Today is a Aromaleigh Rocks kinda day!!!
I so have been wanting to use some unusual color combos but haven't had time to be a little wild lately. Today I had time...Yay! So I broke out the Aromaleigh Rocks. These are some intense unusual colors for sure. These are being discontinued so Miss K can reformulate this line. You can purchase these for 35% off. I am starting a list. I use a good primer and I even set with a finishing spray. I don't foil these at all and they still come out beautifully....I wanted to do a dark lip but wasn't sure if that would come out so Rocks met GaGa today....Here goes....
Eyes:
UDPP
Lid Estranged
Crease Googoomuck
Outer corner of lid brought into crease is Moonagedaydream

Highlight down to outer lid and into inner crease is Whitewedding

Lined bottom lashline with Nyx jumbo pencil in Pots and Pans

Many different product lines today!!!
Oh my goodness. I have so much product and half the time I forget what I have. Being a lover of the traditional makeup and mineral makeup I think I get in way over my head with product. How many of you do the same. Every blog I read inspires me in one way or another so I end up trying out a lot of different brands. So today I mixed it up. Here is what I used today....
Eyes:
UDPP
Lid Aromaleigh Baby Blues
Inner crease Aromaleigh big tickle
Outer crease Illamasqua in a matte purple...the name wore off...go figure
Blended out lines with MUFE in no. 3
Highlight to inner eye and inner crease Sephora aspen summit no 23
Outer lid and into outer crease Medusa shadow in electric black
Lined top lash line with UD Zero liner
Bottom outer lash line electric black, then the purple color and then big tickle...blended these lightly
I then ran the Sephora color underneath those colors to soften up
Clinique black mascara
Face:
Dior Airflash spray foundation
Cheeks Ulta blush in Afterglow
Stardust clear photofinishing powder
Stardust Ether finishish powder
Lips:
Aromaleigh Sweet Tart lip color
I did a lot of blending but they all seemed to mesh pretty well.. I also like the airflash foundation. It is quite expensive. I think 52.00. It does last forever and you need little. I spray it on the brush and work quickly from there. I hope everyone has a great day!!! Thanks for stopping!!!

My look with Alice in Wonderland colors
I used my colors from the Fyrinnae collection and from the UD collection. I seemed to be able to correlate colors with characters or things from the Fyrinnae collection a lot more. I identified the blue with the Cheshire Cat because Fyrinnae used blues for him and painted roses I saw Alice painting roses and so on. To me the UD collection didn't match too much. The color called Alice didn't remind me of Alice, Absolem wasn't green to me. I know he is a caterpillar but he is blue. At least to me....Mad Hatter wasn't brown....I saw pretty peaches and greens, Queen should of been a reddish not a purple and you know what I am trying to say. I know UD's colors were already existing colors but I like the concept of Queen of Hearts being related to red...White Queen....white...Mad Hatter....peach...Maybe I am being too critical but the small collection Fyrinnae put out last year is better color wise. Some UD colors like jabberwocky go with the dragon...white rabbit...white rabbit...oraculum color of parchment...you get the idea. So ok I am done being picky. I loved the movie and here is how I used my colors today....Fyrinnae's collection is actually the mad tea party .....they still are available if interested. I recommend highly....
Eyes:
too faced shadow insurance
Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
Inner lid Fyrinnae Nijiro
rest of lid Fyrinnae Looking Glass
crease and outer lid Curiouser and Curiouser with a light hand so I didn't blend all the color out. I would reapply and blend frequently
blended out lines with Fyrinnae Finnegans's Wake
highlight was Nijiro
lined upper lash line with UD liner in zero
lower lashline I applied UD Alice and too it into the outer lid a bit
went over Alice with UD liner in Electric
UD Wonderland for bottom inner lining
I also used a little bit of UD Drink Me Eat Me for a little more blending on the lid
Clinique black mascara
Face:
Clinique liquid foundation
Ulta blush in Infatuation
Stardust clear photofinishing powder
Stardust finishing powder in Ether
on cheek bones Stardust Finishing powder in Illumine
Lips:
Mac Cremesheen Glass in Petite Indulgence

Man I love the Fyrinnae colors. So vibrant and easy to work with. I always have to remember to pat on the color and use a light hand but the colors came out so pretty. Love it....Who else has the Fyrinnae collection from last year and do you love it?

Alice in Wonderland the Movie
Ok...so tonight my 6 yr. old and I went to see Alice in Wonderland. We both really enjoyed it a lot. The whole cast was great. Johnny Depp was especially great as always. The best part for me was listening to all the shades of eye shadows. I heard a lot of shadow names from the Alice in Wonderland collection that came out last yr. I think from Fyrinnae. The colors were dead on in the movie. It was so cool. Of course I heard shadow names from Urban Decay's Alice in Wonderland book of shadows too and it made for a lot of fun. I really loved all the vibrancy of color and how it is used throughout the movie.
Has anyone else seen it yet? How did you like it....I know some of you have the Fyrinnae collection. Aren't you glad you got it. I sure am.
