My new necklace...

My Monster Mash Look For Never Too Much Sparkle

Over on facebook is a page Never Too Much Sparkle that I am participating in...We are doing different looks each week for Halloween...This week is Purple People Eater or Monster Mash...I just picked Frankenstein from Monster Mash...When I think of Frankenstein I think of green and black so those are the colors I went for in this look....Very fun...I still wanted to look girly so I added a headband...What I used is as follows...

My punk rock n roll look

Over on facebook page Never Too Much Sparkle you can post your look for Halloween.  The theme is Punk/Rock N Roll Looks.  Fun...I am always too chicken to try these out but this time I went for it.  I received my Aromaleigh order yesterday and wanted to try out the Cosmetic Glitter in Black.  Found a look Perfect for my experiment...Simple but bold...Here was my inspiration for the look.  Here are the products I used...

The movie Sucker Punch

Who has watched Sucker Punch...finally I got to watch it today....my take was it was kinda weird but I liked the action and the music I loved....I am glad I didn't go see it at the movies but it was ok...I would watch it again.  The beginning of the movie I loved...very intense....here is my favorite song from the movie.....Did anyone else like the movie?

My plans....

You all know that I have been really involved with fitness lately...Everyday I workout..I have even taken up rollerblading.  Today was a little windy so I haven't gotten out there but who knows maybe later...My friend who I workout with and helps train me is going to discuss with me on Monday my options for getting a fitness certificate..I can do a lot with that and it would be wonderful to find a really decent paying flexible job and have fun at the same time.  It is going to take a lot of serious hard work but it will really do me some good and make me tough...Been eating as healthy as much as possible.  Bison is fabulous.  Hard to find and have to drive to get it but it is worth it...It is good in chili and tacos and you name it.  A lot of ground turkey I use also...This has changed my life tremendously.  My friend also sells Usana products.  I use the Rev powder sticks to add to my water to power thru my workouts or whenever.  Their Nutrimeal shakes are great and I have those on autoship.....Protein protein...They also carry a line of skin care called Sense'.  Love all of it...This line has no chemical preservatives..Smells amazing and feels good on the skin....www.usana.com here a link to all the products if you would like to look.  So anyway just thought I would share my plans....here is a picture of me in the morning before going to work out..I hadn't put my contacts in yet...Have a good night...

My fitness routine...

As you probably know I have been crazy when it has come to working out...For me it is such a tension re leaver and makes me feel so good when I am done.  Hard work pays off!!! On my own I was doing a routine using workout sets from oxygen magazine.  Great place to begin too.  I had been doing this for about a year .  So I decided that I really wanted to kick it up and bulk up...build muscles.  Whoa I found the perfect person to help me.  A person I literally have know for years from church and school and her and her husband are huge into fitness and run clinics and you name it told me about a little group that meets 3 times a week right after school drop off at the local Judo club...8:15 I am there sharp waiting for my workout...She designed mine and I was impressed because she said I was actually doing really great and have come quite a ways on my own.  It has been going great and my body is really looking defined. So proud of myself.  Eating is a huge part also.  No junk for me..Lots of protein and good stuff.  Vegetables, fruit, chicken, turkey, bison which bison burgers are amazing. My breakfast consists of a Nutrimeal shake with whatever I want to add to it.  Usually a banana or strawberries, almond butter and coconut milk.  Super good.  Just watching your sugar intake you will drop pounds.  I eat clean as much as possible.  On the weekends I treat my self of course.  On my off days I try and work out and home for 30 min to 45 min with most cardio and the rest weights.  Hate to miss a day!!  Also I have found an amazing and healthy skin care line wich as soon as I get it all I will post.  Fell in love with it.  So, besides my love for cosmetics and I have fallen in love with taking care of myself.  Being healthy is actually fun.  Take it slow and from there you will be amazed and yourself. 

Busted out the Fyrinnae

All the Halloween collections coming out my head is spinning trying to decide what to get.  I want them all....I don't know why but Halloween reminded me of Fyrinnae for some reason.  Maybe because of the complexity of the shades.  Not one is even close in shade or texture which to me is incredible.....so with that said here is a little look I did today...

Usually I have a lot of fall out but today I did a lot better.  I did a lot of patting instead of sweeping to keep the color vivid.  I do believe I am in need of some new brushes.. I so loved this look.  Very striking for me if I may say so.  Color lasted all day and very little creasing using the stick em.  Can't wait to try out a few other products from DG.  Great product.  Who else uses DG Cosmetics?  What is your thoughts?
